10x 100m reps

Garmin was a disaster today. Kept turning off after 9 seconds, which is particualy annoying when attempting 100m reps.

Lia was on 40m, Paul alternating between 60m and 80m (I could nearly catch him on the 80s) and then Lia started cycling some of the reps which was something I had not planned on.

Managed 10 reps and Paul timed me on rep 9 and 10 which both came in at 14 secs.

Very hot and was glad of the water bottle.
