Easy one today, noticed the weather forecast was dire. So sneaked out to get some time on feet in.
Nothing special, got caught on the Embankment by two blokes, but dropped them sharpish as I tanked it from there to Blackfriars and tried to hold that after crossing the bridge there. Hope the roadworks finish soon and the underpass re-opens.
Route here. 34mins to clear the 4.19 miles, bit off 8min miles, but I'm sure the "on" sections were more like 7min/miles.
