Sunny and hot out of the shade today so ran under trees or anything else that caste a shadow.
Most
exciting moment today was just after mile one a lady on a bike joined
the path I was on making a blind right turn onto the lakeside path. We
both nearly went over and she tacitly admitted fault by saying 'pardon'
after recovering from the wobble.
Managed to have one faster
mile at the 4th which was only 7:42 and then cut back up the short route
to the office as I was time pressured.
