5m Rolle Perroy Classic

Grey morning with a hint of light rain. However, not as cool as it looked going up the hill, but still made it through mile one in 8:25 after a bit of kick through the last 0.2 to get it under 8 and a half.

Going through Perroy I could sense the pace was there if I wanted it and so I decided I did want it and raced myself to the Perroy Gates and I won!

Down the hill was just not quite a 7min mile but very close (2 seconds) so I tried to keep a decent clip together out to the port and then I held the pace home working the hill hard.

Not a bad effort, ave pace 7:33
