Quick easy and pleasant run, down to the castle, along the lake front to the casino, out towards Gland as far as the Pre Vert and then through there to the back and out up the Rosey boundary and back in on the yellow signs.
Interesting that I now find it impossible to run through any kind of wooded area easily. Some kind of creepy memory association with the TPV means I suddenly find myself in zone 5 and moving at speeds that are not called for during an easy run!
